Vendor Agreement

Vendors agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain professional conduct at all times
• Deliver services as agreed with clients
• Respond promptly to inquiries and communications

Vendors understand that WedSimplify operates as a curated referral and planning platform. WedSimplify is not a party to service agreements between vendors and clients.

Vendors agree not to intentionally bypass WedSimplify in relation to clients introduced through the platform.

This includes:

• Direct solicitation outside the platform for platform-originated leads
• Off-platform negotiations intended to avoid referral obligations
• Avoidance of agreed commissions or fees

Applicable commissions or referral fees must be honored as agreed in the Commission Agreement. Failure to comply may result in removal from the platform.

Vendors grant WedSimplify a non-exclusive licence to display submitted portfolio materials, images, and service information for promotional and operational purposes on the platform.

WedSimplify reserves the right to remove vendors from the platform at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion.

Vendors operate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of WedSimplify. Vendors are solely responsible for their own taxation, insurance, and legal obligations.
