Client Agreement

WedSimplify provides curated recommendations and planning assistance based on submitted event requirements. Our role is to facilitate the connection between clients and suitable vendors — we do not act as a vendor ourselves.

WedSimplify does not guarantee:

• Vendor availability for specific dates
• Pricing consistency between initial estimates and final quotes
• Event outcomes
• Vendor performance or conduct

Clients acknowledge that certain communications may be facilitated through WedSimplify during the planning process to ensure an organised and coordinated experience.

Clients agree to provide accurate event details and requirements. Providing false or misleading information may affect the quality of recommendations and may result in removal from the platform.

Final vendor services are provided independently by third-party vendors. Service agreements, contracts, and deliverables are the responsibility of the individual vendor and client.

WedSimplify is not liable for vendor disputes, delays, cancellations, or damages arising from third-party services. Our liability is limited to the direct services we provide as a coordination and referral platform.
