Consultations are intended to provide event planning guidance, vendor recommendations, and service coordination assistance. The scope of each consultation will be determined based on the client's submitted event requirements.
Consultation sessions must be scheduled in advance through the WedSimplify platform or designated booking channels. Walk-in or unscheduled consultations are not available.
Consultation fees, if applicable, will be communicated clearly before booking confirmation. No charges will be applied without prior client acknowledgement.
Consultation sessions may be subject to time limitations depending on the selected service level. Session durations will be outlined at the time of booking.
A consultation does not guarantee vendor availability or booking confirmation. Vendor recommendations are provided subject to current availability and may change at any time.
Clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional communication during consultations. WedSimplify reserves the right to end a session or decline future consultations in cases of inappropriate conduct.
