Vendor recommendations are based on internal evaluations and available information at the time of review. Recommendations do not constitute guarantees or endorsements of any vendor.

Payment arrangements may vary depending on the service structure and agreements between parties. WedSimplify will communicate any applicable fees prior to confirmation.

All platform content, branding, and materials remain the exclusive property of WedSimplify. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

WedSimplify is not liable for:

• Vendor disputes
• Event cancellations
• Delays
• Damages
• Third-party actions
• Service failures

WedSimplify reserves the right to suspend or remove users or vendors from the platform at its discretion, with or without notice.

Terms may be updated periodically without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
