Vendor
This agreement governs referral commissions between WedSimplify and participating vendors.
WedSimplify may refer potential clients to participating vendors as part of its curated planning and coordination service. Each referral is made at the sole discretion of WedSimplify.
Vendors agree to pay the agreed referral commission percentage or fixed referral fee for successful bookings originating through WedSimplify. The applicable rate will be specified in the vendor's individual participation agreement.
Commission payments must be completed within 14 days of the vendor receiving payment from the referred client, unless an alternative schedule has been agreed in writing.
Vendors agree to accurately and promptly report confirmed bookings originating from WedSimplify referrals. Failure to report bookings may be treated as a breach of this agreement.
Vendors agree not to intentionally bypass commission obligations through off-platform arrangements, including direct negotiations, third-party invoicing structures, or deferred payment schemes designed to avoid referral fees.
